for the past like __ weeks i was laboring under the impression you had to pay like $5 a month for a TS server or whatnot.

i recently downloaded the TS server app... and voila.. i have a server. free of charge

this completely dumstruck me.

it was like seeing jesus or something

just thought someone else might be interested if theyre having trouble getting a ts/vent server

$5 is for having more than 200 people on the server or if it is business related

oh watch out if you have a router or use wan to get internet - you need to setup port forwarding but theres like a zillion forums on that somewhere else so i wont get into it here
